Our experts deliver hands-on facilitation for the tailored workshop session(s), designed specifically for your group based on the Organizational Assessment and consultations with your planning specialist.

At The Retreat Boutique, we ardently believe that a successful retreat can never adopt a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Our dedicated staff thrives on crafting the quintessential TRB Experience, custom-tailored to meet your unique needs. These comprehensive planning services include:

  • Strategic Research and Coordination: We meticulously research, confirm, and arrange transportation, lodging, meeting venues, vendors, entertainment, activities, dining, events, and more. (Please note that the cost of these add-ons is not included.)

  • Personalized Retreat Packages: We provide up to 5 distinct retreat packages for your consideration, each thoughtfully developed following consultations with your designated planning specialist. These packages feature detailed cost analyses to facilitate your selection of the ideal option.

  • Ideation and Collaborative Support: Our team serves as a creative hub, offering innovative ideas and serving as a reliable sounding board throughout the planning process.

  • Effective Communication Planning: We develop a comprehensive communication plan, including a well-crafted email communication and marketing flyer, designed to convey the logistical intricacies of the retreat.

 

In addition to these essential services, you will be assigned a dedicated TRB planning specialist. This professional will closely coordinate every facet of the planning journey, acting as a liaison between you, the TRB team, vendors, stakeholders, and others. They will provide valuable assistance in communication and marketing endeavors and, whenever possible, will be present on-site during the retreat itself, ensuring a seamless experience. We understand the importance of trust and rapport in this collaborative process, and we strive for your planning specialist to feel like an old friend by the time your retreat arrives. This level of personalized service is paramount to ensure that your retreat unfolds flawlessly.

 

To further guarantee the resounding success of your retreat agenda, a TRB Consultant can conduct an Organizational Assessment, examining your company's culture, strengths, gaps, and goals through surveys, consultations, and at least one focus group led by our Organizational Consultant, involving leadership or a group representative of the attendees. From this assessment, your consultant will present a tailored agenda that not only encapsulates your specific retreat objectives but also integrates our expert guidance on what your group requires from the experience. As dedicated experts, we cannot, in good conscience, allow participants to be away from their regular work environment and homes for several days without the assurance that they will leave a TRB retreat equipped with value-added skills, a broadened perspective, and heightened camaraderie, morale, and motivation.

 

Rest assured, we are committed to iterating the agenda as reasonably necessary to ensure it aligns with your unique needs while adhering to scientifically validated organizational frameworks and methodologies. At TRB, we promise to deliver a retreat experience that is not only memorable but transformative, ensuring that every aspect of your event is meticulously designed for your success.

With that in mind, our unique business framework includes total customization and  transparency with TRB's per-person pricing as follows :

  • 0-20: $500 per person/per day 

  • 20-30: $450 per person/per day

  • 30+: $400 per person/per day

  • 15% discount for all tiers if booking 3 or more days
